Italian Food

Posted by vbeespocket on 10/26/2009

The brushetta was very good here as the pasta was totally yumi. The fish that we ordered was a little too fried and made us a little sicky cuz it had a big oil taste. We ate outside. It was a very nice atomosphere and it was good.

one of my favorite restaurants...great food, good for families or large groups...i personally recomend the bread pudding for dessert...it has been on the menu for years, and is extremely popular. my favorite dish is the gnocchi, but i have never had a meal there that i did not lie

Outstanding pizza

We went there on the advice of the first reviewer. I would suggest reservations on a weekend. We were seated w/o them at 5:45, but it was packed right after that, and reservations were needed then. We ordered the pizza. The crust was fantastic. The ovens they use are appropriately VERY hot and create a perfectly cooked pie. The pepperoni was italian. The pizza was topped with a great mix of seasonings. We'll be back. We sat near the kitchen and smelled the regular italian dishes coming out to the dining area, and all smelled fantastic. The crowd was older, and was a sign to me that this is one of those places you know about after you've lived in Pleasanton awhile. Small, personal staff that gets overwhelmed by the dinner rush, but very nice.

Great Italian Food

One of the best kept secrets in Pleasnton. If you want authentic Italian food this is the place. Well varied menu, and daily specials that can be quite unique.
